After several days of deliberation, the jury at Liverpool Crown Courts has found Rob Ware (Robert Herbert Ware) and Graham Wortley GUILTY for conspiracy to commit fraud.
The icing on the cake is that Rob Ware has been remanded to custody until sentencing. Karma has paid off.
Sentencing For Rob Ware and Graham Wortley will be on 28th September 2023 at Liverpool Crown Court at (time to be added)
Jonathan Gorman and Peter Bowen were both found not guilty.
For those that don’t know, this is an audio recording of Rob Ware threatening me a few years ago.
Yet, recently, I sat next to Rob Ware in the Court waiting room (during a case management hearing), and I said, “here I am Rob if you want to bite my nose off“… the shit bag reported me to the police for sitting by him.

Wow shocked there at least robs gone down surprised Gorman and Brown didn’t get anything. Apparently they have both been grassing the other up but there’s more to come out I don’t think this is the end.
Apparently it’s going to get even worse for the solicitor the people’s he’s been working for or with have more headaches than this .

Waiting to see the outcome of this is equally enthralling as it is laborious.
Rob the Slob has had this coming for so long now, we should have all done a sweepstake with how long a sentence he’s inevitably going to get.
4 years is my guess but I hope it’s a gross underestimate
So it’s now the 20th October. No reason why but I’ve got the case number and can ring the day before to make sure he’s definitely up the next day
Rang the court earlier and he’s still up for sentencing tomorrow. Time has changed to 2.15pm
Rob Ware got 8 years imprisonment and the other fella got 6 years.
Both cannot operate as a director of a company for 10 years.
There’s a poca on both but don’t know the date for that yet.
At last the sentencing .
Ware 8 years
Wortley 6 years.
Both 10 years before they apply for any directorship or owning a company justice part done .
Only Gorman remains .. but for how long
