On 18th July 2023, the prosecution case against the defendants (Robert Ware, Peter Brown, Jonathan Gorman, Graham Wortley) concluded.

The defence will start their case on Thursday, 20th July 2023 beginning with Mr Robert Ware.

It is expected Mr Ware will give evidence over several days taking into account cross-examination.

Following on from Ware, the Defendants giving evidence will be:

• Graham Wortley
• Jonathan Gorman
• Peter Bown

The hearing commences at 10:15am at Liverpool Crown Court – Room 5.2
