An application was made by the defence representative of Rob Ware and Graham Wortley (supported by Johnathan Gorman and Peter Bown) seeking to vacate the trial date. The application was refused by HHJ Potter sitting at Liverpool Crown Court.
Therefore, the starting date of the trial remains 12 June 2023 (Estimate of 8-10 weeks).
